Captain and Delivery fees are based on daily rates

Estimating delivery fees:
- Estimated Delivery Days
Take the total distance of the delivery divided by the anticipated speed underway and then divide that by the number of hours per day the boat is to be underway.
(Coastal deliveries and inland waterways are safest if underway only during daylight hours while offshore and long coastal runs often include overnight running)
A – If the delivery is to be run only during daylight hours, then include the captain and one crew
or
B – If the delivery is to include overnight running, then include the captain and two crew (minimum)
Apply daily rates plus meal allowance times the number of anticipated days - Crew Travel
Add airfare (coach), taxis, ferries etc to and from Los Angeles International (LAX) airport (Efficiencies and cost savings whenever possible)
Add half day rate for captain and crew plus meal allowance for each travel day to and from delivery. - Standard Operating Expenses Normal boat operating expenses remain with the owner. They include, fuel, moorage, port and transit fees, customs and immigration, normal supplies and services. Unexpected expenses will be cleared with owner first.
A $2,500 deposit will be required to be placed on the schedule and travel reservation secured.
Nothing is more pleasurable than finding your boat in a new location in top shape and ready for use. You will also receive a post delivery inspection report reviewing the boat’s operation and recommendations.
